Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unwashed and unworn swimwear in its original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and protective liners are securely attached.
Print and Ship
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once our team inspects your return at the warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
